Private Lending

BER specializes in providing loans to borrowers seeking non-traditional sources of capital for their real estate investments. Unlike most lenders, private money suppliers generally have greater flexibility regarding the circumstances under which the money will be lent. In our case, we are generally more concerned with the strength of the loan’s underlying collateral than the qualifications of the borrower. We are also able to place loans more quickly than conventional lenders.

Hard Money Loan Servicing

BER provides high quality private money loan servicing with a community bank feel. We service all-sized individual loans and multi-asset portfolios backed by real estate while maintaining a high level of touch with borrowers and our private investor clients. BER is also a hard money loan investor so it understands the daily needs of private lenders.

Meet The Founder

Prior to founding BER Financial, Barry Randle managed international financial operations for the Williams Companies and the Paging Network, primarily in Mexico, Spain, and Poland.

Barry began his career at Grant Thornton in Chicago where he assisted in the management of a $600 million asset portfolio while attending the University of Illinois at Chicago’s graduate business program.

Barry also holds an undergraduate business degree in accounting and commerce from the University of Oklahoma.
